In the event of claim, we are our client’s first point of call. Once we have gathered the necessary details we take over lodgement of the claim, follow up with appointment of assessors where required and provide continuing advocacy on behalf of our clients to ensure a fair outcome. We don’t simply accept any reduction or declinature of a claim; any reduction or declinature is reviewed thoroughly by our Principal and we don’t rest until we are satisfied that the outcome is fair and in accordance with the policy.
